Sustainability

We believe we have a civic obligation to conduct our business in a way that is socially responsible and environmentally sound. From recycling programs to initiatives that reduce our energy consumption, we have developed and implemented a number of sustainable business practices aimed at minimizing our ecological footprint. These include the following:

• Recycling of all plastics and paper
• Using energy-efficient LED lighting with motion-operated switches that turn off when spaces are not being used
• Eliminating the purchase of bottled water and using reusable water bottle filling stations, reducing our impact by nearly 1,000 bottles per month
• Implementing a dedicated scanner (which scans 50,000 documents per month) to reduce our dependence on paper
• Encouraging our employees to use public transportation by subsidizing mass transit costs
