Municipal Lawyers in Iowa
Overview
With collectively over forty years of experience, Tom Henderson and John Fatino are the cornerstone of the firm’s representation of cities and municipalities. Both serve as the city attorney for central Iowa towns, and have been retained as special counsel by cities to handle specialty matters on an as-needed basis. We work closely with our municipal clients to resolve day-to-day matters and plan for their long-term goals for the community.
Cost-effective counsel is a mainstay of our representation of communities and advising managers, boards, city councils and mayors including attending city council and board meetings. Our leadership provides community leaders with the foundation to make decisions for their constituents. We make it a point to be responsive and available for emergencies that inevitably arise when managing a growing metropolitan area.
