Overview
Bryn Hazelwonder is an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation practice group. She works with clients on various matters including personal injury, products liability, vaccine injury, commercial and business litigation, and trucking and transportation. Bryn’s practice involves counseling, mediation, and litigation in both state and federal courts in Iowa and across the country. She has handled matters to resolution, including trial, arbitration, and appeal.
A competitive and driven advocate, Bryn is a strong communicator and routinely communicates with her clients to ensure that they are consistently and meticulously informed about the status of their matter. She is comfortable providing guidance and thoroughly analyzing complex issues to develop a comprehensive and individualized strategy for each of her clients, as no two clients are the same. Bryn enjoys working closely with her clients to tailor solutions to each client’s individual needs. She regularly works with clients and opposing counsel to reach mutually agreeable outcomes while prioritizing cost and time efficiency. Bryn is able to think creatively about litigation strategies and solutions for her clients.
Bryn is admitted to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and can represent individuals across the country in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Created by the Reagan Administration in the 1980s, this highly-specialized Program saves litigation costs for all parties involved in vaccine-related litigation. The Program is a no-fault compensation scheme designed to quickly and fairly compensate persons who experience one of the extremely rare, but recognized, side effects from a vaccine.
