Overview
Molly represents financial institutions throughout the entire lending process in virtually every facet of structuring and restructuring secured credit facilities and finance transactions. Molly works with state and national banks, insurance companies, and other credit institutions in connection with negotiating and structuring loans, documentation of the loan, restructuring and workouts, and collection litigation.
She also counsels a diverse client base through a wide range of business and commercial transactions. Her extensive experience includes business formations, shareholder/owner agreements, mergers and acquisitions, sales and purchase of equity interests, asset purchase and sale transactions, and financing of all types.
Molly is a member of the firm’s Business and Banking Practice Group, Strategic Planning Committee, and is the current chair of the Professional Recruitment Committee. She is a past member of the Business Development Committee.
She is a graduate of the Boston University School of Law Fundamentals of Banking Law program in 2019, which examines all aspects of bank regulatory law including critical policies, concepts and regulations affecting financial institutions and lenders.
