Jaki Samuelson Speaks on Mental Health and Well-Being for Professionals Panel

Labor and employment attorney Jaki Samuelson was on the "Promoting Mental Health and Well-Being in Your Organization and Triaging When Crisis Occurs" panel at the ALFA International Insurance and Professional Liability Practice Group Seminar in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Thursday, June 23, 2022. 

The discussion included how employers and insurers are implementing programs to support mental well-being, raise awareness, and facilitate a reduction in such issues. The panel explored a range of legal and ethical challenges that mental health and substance-abuse issues raise for companies and insurers including ADA compliance and privacy laws.

Jaki attended the ALFA International 2022 Insurance and Professional Liability Practice Group Seminar June 22-24, 2022. The seminar brought together attorneys and representatives from businesses from around the world to cover legal decisions and industry trends regarding professional liability and insurance coverage.
