Jaki Samuelson Leads Roundtable Discussion at ALFA International Labor & Employment Seminar

Labor and employment attorney Jaki Samuelson attended the ALFA International 2023 Labor & Employment Practice Group Seminar in in Banff, Alberta, Canada on Thursday, June 21—23, 2023. Representatives of businesses and law firms from the United States, Canada, Europe, and Africa gathered to discuss legal decisions and industry trends regarding labor and employment topics.

Jaki was a roundtable captain for discussions regarding various current issues, including: DEI, unionization, new NLRB regulations, employee mental health issues, and nuclear verdicts.
