Family law attorney Anjela Shutts was featured in the May 2024 edition of The Iowa Lawyer in the article "Notable women leaders in Iowa's legal community" authored by Lorriaine May and Eliza Ovrom.
Shutts was among eight women featured in the article who have served at the highest levels of the Iowa judiciary: the Iowa Supreme Court and The Iowa State Bar Association as president. She noted she is proud that the ISBA created a position to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion during her time as president.
