Corpstein and Feil Named Member Attorneys
Whitfield & Eddy Law announces new member attorneys Sean Corpstein and Josh Feil, effective January 1, 2023.
Sean Corpstein joined the firm in 2021 as an attorney in the construction practice group. He also represents clients in a wide array of civil litigation matters, including representing small businesses and agribusinesses. Sean is a member of the Criminal Justice Act Federal Defender’s Panel.
Joshua Feil joined the firm in 2020 as an associate attorney in the business and banking practice group. He represents financial institutions in commercial and agricultural loan matters on a weekly basis. Josh also regularly assists businesses in a variety of day-to-day and long-term matters, including business formation, governance, mergers, acquisitions, and sales. He has been recognized by the Polk County Bar Association Honor Roll for pro bono service.
